IRCTC : 

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (irctc) it is less important than something else with which it is connected of the Indian Railways that handles catering, tourism and online ticketing train.

The Railways Minister Mamata Banerjee introduces new railway catering policy 2010 , IRCTC provided catering services were handed over to INDIAN Railways. In few trains IRCTC is in charge of catering services such as Duranto Exp, Maitree EXP, Rajdhani Exp. IRCTC also starts NRC project (Non Railway Catering).
